How long do my orders take to process?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. However, if stock quantities are low it may take up to 5 business days to ship your order.

Is it legal for me to order medical supplies where I live?

It is legal in most states within the USA to order medical supplies, however you are solely responsible for the laws governing your state. Please see our "Policies" page for more details regarding this matter.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly refund your money or replace the product if the product is damaged during shipping, or if a different product was sent to you than the one ordered. Refunds are given once the product(s) is returned to us in its original form. All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Due to the nature of our products, sterility is of utmost importance and no opened boxes will be issued a refund.
